- Participation and contribution to configuration management activities is established and maintained in accordance with plans
- Monitor and report on implementation of configuration management plans
- Configuration management plans are monitored and regularly reviewed in accordance with organisational policy and procedure
- Plans are amended and documented in accordance with organisational policy and procedures
- Performance measures are monitored to ensure they address all key aspects of organisational performance and meet stakeholder interests
- Performance data is analysed on a regular and planned basis, in terms of indicators and compliance with organisational policy and procedures
- Performance is reported to all stakeholders in a transparent manner in accordance with compliance requirements
